- Wash your hands after making the toys. Your child’s hands can be exposed to germs from the markers, glue, etc. You can use hand sanitizer or wet wipes.
- Sanitize all materials used to make the toys to ensure the safety of both you and your child. You can use rubbing alcohol, saline solution, lemon juice, or sunlight to kill germs.
- Don’t let your child use sharp objects or hot materials to avoid accidents.
- Always supervise your child while they are making the toys.
Making toys from yogurt containers helps recycle materials and allows your child to unleash their creativity. The effort you put into making the toys will result in longer playtime and cost savings. AVAKids hopes these suggestions provide fun and relaxing moments with your child.
